WRITER’S NOTE.
while my account may explore mature themes that have to do with underage drinking, and other more mild things, i am not interested in writing any sexual/lewd themes. that is something i am personally not interested in writing and i hope that can be respected. :)
( p.s. i am 19, so do keep that in mind when interacting with me. thank you! )
ABOUT.
THE YOUNG DAUGHTER OF BILLIONAIRE, TONY STARK. . .
name: colette janine stark.
aliases: cole, colie, coco, cj, ettie, coleslaw, colegate.
birthday: may 16th.
age: 17-20 — (dependent on storyline).
height: 5’1”
family: tony stark, pepper potts (mother), morgan stark (younger sister).
allies: the former team of avengers; all are practically family to her.
She’s witty; a girl who is more than meets the eye. Once you tear through her layers, you’ll see that she has a lot to offer. Although, she’s constantly wishing to be anyone but herself. She’s always seeking a rush of adrenaline in the mere moments of life, it being the only time she feels any relief in being herself. The distraction from the overwhelming reality of the fact that, she is indeed Colette Janine Stark, is always welcome. It’s no fun feeling like a constant screwup.
CONCEPTS & HEADCANONS.
• She has an underlying fear that she’ll never live up to her father’s legacy. She doesn’t believe she’d be even remotely close to the grandeur of Tony Stark—he was extraordinary, she. . . wasn’t even close. She saw herself as another troubled rich kid who had problems coping.
• For the first week after Tony died, all she did was find parties or clubs to go to and get as drunk as she possibly could. She’d sleep through the days and party at night. She wasn’t even living at home, she decided to “live” in a hotel during that week, claiming to Pepper she was simply getting away from things. Which at the surface was technically true. But when she finally returned home one night, she’d gone straight to her room and just cried. And she couldn’t stop. It was the first time in a long time though, that she actually slept at night.
• She tends to be much like her dad. While she is outgoing and friendly, she can have her more quiet moments. Sometimes the girl is bratty, but she’s usually being playful about it.
• she’s fluent in italian, but mostly speaks the language with her father. however, when she’s feeling a strong emotion, such as anger, irritation, or panic, she tends to switch to speaking in italian.
• Much to her dismay, she struggles with anxiety. It’s something she’s hesitant to admit to because it’s difficult to have to come to terms with fact she has it. Usually she tries to brush it off and ignore it, but it never lets. When she does try to push it down though, she tends to come off as a bit irritable, tense/stressed.
• She has little ticks that she does such as curling her hair around her finger, biting her lip, biting her nails ( she knows it’s gross, she’s tried to stop ), and being 𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 fidgety.
• Colette, at 17, took up the career path of modeling — there was no doubt that the girl was pretty. Sometimes she really enjoyed the job, other times though, it made her feel miserable. She tries not to allow herself to feel like that because she knows how much privilege she holds, and how many others, who’ve worked much harder, would quickly take her place. But sometimes her mental and emotional health can take a toll on her.
• She can be between emotionally awkward and sensitive. While she does have a skill to empathize with others, there are times when people will show a burst of emotion and she doesn’t know what to do. If it seems appropriate, she’ll go for the comforting pat, hold their hand, or give them a hug. On the other hand, when she is put in an overstimulating situation or environment, she can tend to have a very emotional reaction.
• Colette did not seem to bear the same genius of Tony, which only adds to the pressure she feels and the insecurities she faces. Of course, while that isn’t so, she is still a pretty smart girl and attended a private school for half of high school, but decided to attend Midtown for the next half.
• Colette is very protective about the ones she loves and would do just about anything for them. She would fight to the moon and back. There was an occasion at her private school when some girl was being vicious to one of her friends—the sweetest girl you could think of—and Colette took it into her own hands to fight back the bully. It ended up with her having to get dragged away kicking and screaming, having acquired a bruised cheek. But you should’ve seen the other girl. :)
• Of course, while she has the utmost love for her loved ones, she still has her moments of weakness and her somewhat stubborn nature may get in the way.
